Depends on the problem. Various things can affect the swim bladder.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

There are various things than can affect a swim bladder, and "swim bladder disease" tends to cover them all. Cysts, tumours, infections. Mycobacter is a common cause, which can't be treated.
Dwarf Gouramies are one of the weakest fish you can get these days. You could try a bacterial treatment but you'll be very lucky if it works.

Remember to half-dose with labyrinth fish.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it!
Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!
