Ramshorn invasion!

I have a Ramshorn invasion! I keep removing them but more and more keep coming. They seem to be hell bent on destroying my plants as well. Any idea how to remove them?

A slice of cucumber left in over night and then remove in the morning when covered in snails.
Snail traps work too
Manual removal when you see them
reduce feeding as they'll eat excess food

Are these Ornamental Ramshorn snails you have?

If so, some aquatic stores will take them. :]
