Cycling with dr tims ammonia and one and only

Hi everyone

I am cycling my tank woth dr tims ammonia and one and only and my ammonia is dropping as normal currently at 0 for a 24hours but my nitrates raised to 3-5ppm and stayed there , do I add more ammonia?

Dr Tims is one of the bacteria products that is known to work as long as you follow the instructions to the letter. I’m not sure what the instructions are i’d have to look.
How long have the levels been high for?
To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:

You have to keep feeding the ammonia munchers, so yes, keep adding ammonia. ;) :)
The nitrites will stay high for about 10 days.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Been high foe about 4 days now so not long just sick of seeing purple haha

I have added a 1/3 dose just to feed the ammonia yesterday
