My plants got delivered today. Then zarra went and bought some more!
It took us a while but we have planted it. We are very happy with it. Cant wait for it to grow in. We have ended up going for easy plants. We will get a co2 system eventually.
Bucephalandra wavy green and kedagang, kryptocoryne wendtii green, brown and willisii, anubias petite and barteri nana, staurogyne repens, limnophillia sessiflora and a narrow java fern.
Angel's delight.

Yeah your right about needing more. We wanted some Amazon sword to hide the right hand heater. Might get some this week.Gingerlove05 wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2020 0:12 am Looking good, i think you’ll need a few more

Definitely needs more plants - a lot more plants
As it happens, I do have another lot of trimmings which are meant to be picked up today. If the person is no show, I happily post them out to you

Why not put the heater horizontal and lower in the water so its hiding behind the woodAndys temperate tank wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2020 7:37 amYeah your right about needing more. Theres no room behind the wood and I wouldn't be able to read the display. It shows the tank temperature not what it's set to.

I'd be painting over the glowy red eyes (or using hetaers without displays) anyway as they would irritate me lol

Cheers ric. I'll see what happens with it over the next couple of days. I'm a bit worried about planting heavily around the filter intake. Can this cause problems?

Crypts should hide the heater when they've grown.
Looks good, the buceph will look great where you have it once it's settled.
