Hi everyone, hope all is well!
Well, I've (on and off) been cycling 2 x 32 ltr tanks intended for bettas. I had that horrible experience with the poorly betta back in March who I wasn't able to save, and then lock down hit...
However yesterday I have picked up a new arrival. He was in one of those horrible little cramped units where you get 3 or 4 compartments in a row, sort of thing. He seems quite alert and is pottering about happily enough... Although he does seem to be staying at the back of the tank quite a bit.
I am hoping that I have better luck than the last poor little one.

Tried to take some pics but gave up and went for a video instead.

I agree really striking colour!
To the tune of “the saints go marching in”:
Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful, they’re white Welsh and fluffy! Oh fluffy sheep are wonderful!

He is very active isnt he. I love the way betta seem to flow when they swim.
You will have to try again for a pic to add to the AFUK betta thread.
Edited the post. You beat me to it.

Thanks guys I spotted him by accident - he was the only betta in the single stack unit...
He is staying at the back of the tank a lot but he ate this morning and seems to be quite lively.
Fingers crossed for this guy (I seem to be cursed when bettas are concerned) so hoping this will be different!

So, happy to report that the Betta - Sariel - seems to have settled in well. He's active, feeding well and I think he has built a bubble nest... Either that or the water has gone funny
I 'accidentally' bought a new betta today for the other tank I've been cycling . (I went to Pets at Home for cat food...). All their fish certainly look bright and healthy. I'll post some pics of him tomorrow.
Am using Stability as a back up just to make sure nothing goes wrong with either!
