Thanks all. Had the Skunk Cory's 48 hours now, they are very active, spending lots of time swimming midwater and mixing with the other fish, and then settling on the tank floor to sieve through the sand. They are quite large Corys, but beautiful in our eyes.

I like arcuatus (I also like metae and melini, but the arcuatus is more striking without the black dorsal ;) ). :D
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

They are big Iain, I would think fully grown looking at the size of them, wild caught as well. We are hoping due to being mature, they will be better equipped to get over any stress.

Hello good people, how are we all, well I hope. Just a quick update, tank doing very well, we did lose one of the Skunk Cory's about a week after introducing them, but the other five are doing really well, and are always on show, as they spend 90% of the time at the front of the tank, along with the remaining Orange Cory's who they have teamed up with.

Two of our Keyhole Cichlids have paired up, and the female has laid eggs several times on the same stone, but they keep eating the eggs for some reason. They chase any other fish off that come too close for comfort.

All the best.
Ian + Karen.
