I looked at the cycling guide on my pc and found it pretty easily, today on my phone I can't find the guides section.
I found a sticky post in the welcome forum that has a link but it comes up as broken, is it just me?

I answered my initial problem by turning my phone to landscape so the guides link appeared.

Hamburger menu in the top right, scroll to guides. Or as you found out, rotating the phone works
