I have been fairly quiet in recent months and I'll tell you why.

I was diagnosed with COPD a few months ago.
I have also a stomach condition.
I have not been able to sleep in bed for over 7 weeks (started with the heat wave).
The past 4-5 weeks I can only sleep downstairs on the sofa in an upright position (slouched), I struggle to breath in bed.
On average I can only sleep for around 1 1/2 hours a day, some days I can not sleep at all. I am so tired.
I have lost around one stone in weight.
Things that I would normally do, now I can't be bothered. It's the condition.
Breathing is somewhat difficult at times and I have lost my appetite (stomach condition), I can only manage smaller food portions.

I have seen or spoken with my doctors but no real improvement although antibiotics has helped my breathing (chest infection).
I have another blood test tomorrow and another doctor's appointment on Thursday.
I hope they can identify what's going on and have a solution.
I am so scared, frustrated and confused.
I would love a decent nights sleep in bed.

I will get the wife to help me do a water change on Wednesday.
The fish are fine.

I don’t know what to say, except our thoughts and hopes are with you Stephen. Sounds not nice. I hope the doctors have something for you.
