One of my locals has put on their Facebook that they have these guys, I've been wanting some for a while but the intention was to set a tank up for them. Will they work in my 125l with Cory's, beckfordi pencil fish, a female ancistrus and a L471?

Should work fine with those fish, as long as the water stays soft and acidic. They’re very shy fish that need lots of cover.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get out there next weekend and grab 6. I'll still plan to get another tank for them. My water is very soft here

@Mol_PMB used to keep these, I don't know whether he still does, he hasn't been around for a while.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!
