It's obviously postimage website that has the issue, even my previously posted images are not working.

I can still see them. I’ve been able to since you sorted it the first time.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

So fish have happened...
Added over the last week, a few at a time.
First up were 5 'Pentazona' Barbs Desmopuntius hexazona along with 4 cherry shrimp and an impulse purchase of 6 Celestial Pearl Danios (Galaxy Rasbora) Danio margaritatus which I had been only looking at on the 'net the evening before
Then 12 rummy-nose tetras (not sure which ones tbh - will use the tail ID at some point), these will be moved into the larger tank once it's set up.
3 Sparkling gouramis Trichopsis pumila. I kept a few of these when I was a kid and they're really interesting fish.
4 more 'Pentazona' Barbs tonight - the 3 males from the first group have coloured up wonderfully.
This is going an Asian 'themed' tank....

Plants have been a bit hit and miss - I've managed to kill off the Vallis - I thought they were fairly easy growers?
Amazon swords seem to be doing ok, as is the Java fern. Cryps are ok - a few holes in some leaves. Other plants seem to have grown a little, but not too much.
I'm after some tall plants for the back corners that will reach up to the top of the tank, bright greens mainly, but some with a red tint would be nice to add a bit of variety...

Cryptocoryne balansae might work for you. Vallis doesn't grow in my soft water. I find the balansae leaves more interesting.raystaggs wrote: ↑Fri Nov 18, 2022 23:22 pm Plants have been a bit hit and miss - I've managed to kill off the Vallis - I thought they were fairly easy growers?

Cheers, they look like good choices - I'll wait until the Rio is set up before I order them, so I can move the existing plants over when they arrive...and get a fresh order for this tank in case of any (shhhhh!) snails....

Us snail owners find this post offensive I do prefer as natural as possible which is why I insist on having bladders, ramshorn, Malaysian trumpets, nerites and now elephant snails
