that's still a very young tank. it will clear in time.

If you mean the water itself, it just has tiny particles in it that aren’t being trapped by the filter. Put a ‘polishing pad’ (very fine wool) in your filter as the last stage. It will eventually clear if the filter gets bunged up enough to trap it… but that doesn’t always happen.
For the surface, lay a piece of newspaper flat onto it then remove it by lifting it at the middle.

Looks ok in the pic, what is actually wrong?
If the particles are white/clear then a pad in the filter will help, if it's green then make sure the lighting isn't on for more than 8 hours.

Was it cycled before adding fish? Might be a bacterial bloom if it wasn’t
