Thanks for the help again and thanks for the comment of my tank So took a trip to the fish shop he said my ph was really low so I had a massive clean out and got some new carbon and some melaflix but gonna take the carbon out tomorrow and then gonna start using the melaflix just to get rid of the previous treatments used. Since putting the carbon in and messing around with the filter seems like the flow has gone so powerful so may of been that has caused this issue. All of a sudden the last blue acara started swimming around and got some food in and she ate a little so fingers crossed might be on the mend. It’s an eheim professional + 600. Also after a 10% water change the ph is back to where it should be

A low ph would be fine for the angels and acara, the hardness may be a problem if it's soft, can you let us know how soft/hard it is (the supplier's websire should tell you - the GH value is the easiest to judge by)?
I have a feeling the angels are doing for the other fish....but I could be wrong if it turns out to be the water.
What are the domensions of the tank?
Oh, and stop over-cleaning the filter, that's where the friendly "munchers" (bacteria, etc.) are to keep the tank healthy for the fish.

That won’t fit onto my spray bar as will make it too long or do you mean take the long spray bar off and have this instead?

Sorry if I am mistaken, but I thought it was the EHEIM Installations SET 2 spray bar from the photo. The EHEIM InstallationsSET 2 allows you to add or remove sections.
Like yourself I have mounted mine on the side of the tank, so I removed the third section and replaced it with the elbow and the wide nozzle.
If you are using a single pipe spray bar, I am sorry for confusing the issue.

See my reply on page 1.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.

Also he'll need more meat protein than what you're feeding at the moment.
You could soak it in garlic (or get the frozen stuff that's already soaked in it). Try to get the vitamin enriched (often had Omega3 comments) food (frozen and dry).
