Hi I brought this cutie a few days ago and noticed this on her I'm not sure if it's injury or disease related and am looking for some advice. I have put her in a hospital tank with methilated blue and some aquarium salt already. She is also missing one of her front fins but does have a little remaining. Any advice is also welcome

Welcome to the forum. :)
Looks like it could be fungus following an injury, but it is pretty nasty.
Was the fish like that when you got it?
What else is in the tank and what are the water parameters?
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! :D

Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

The water parameters are where they should be I already did a test and I'm pretty sure she was like it when we got her I just didn't notice straight away. Il also try and get some clearer images when I get home if it helps.

When you say “they’re where they should be” doesn’t let us help you.
Hardness in terms of gH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are helpful.
Things like: how long has the tank been running, type of tank and filter, how was the tank cycled, what stock you have.
When we have a full picture we can help, otherwise all we can say is “yes, that’s a fish”.
We might come across as fussy or nosey but we always have your fishes Welfare at heart!

Don't purchase test strips, get a liquid test kit like the API Master Freshwater.

You'd get the same test results p**sing on a test strip as dipping it in the tank  They are notoriously inaccurate.
