I'm on the second dose of API Acc-clear and running surface skimmer, to be honest not made much difference.
What volume of water should I be removing, and how often, to help clear the mid tank floating particles?
Is it snowing?

I've had this happen before, but it has always cleared up in within a few hours.
Question: if you switch off your pumps and let the aquarium water settle, does it sink or float?

Before you do that. Put kitchen paper towel in the net, use clothes line pegs to hold in place and try again.

If you can't get it all, try Purigen, that's what I've used when I've had a similar problem.
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it!
Enjoy your fish, shrimps and snails!

Thanks for the advice, tried most of the suggestions, above, skimmer, acc-clear water changes, net and kitchen paper, turned filter off particles still floating around the tank.
White Particles are extremely light and very fine, can't be caught in a net, and just keep circulating around the tank, not really being caught by the intake pipe or skimmer.
Any further suggestions welcome.
Thanks in advance.

They move when filters off? They aren’t copepods are they?
