Recently added A Ocean Free Hydra Filtron External Canister Filter 1800 to my tropical fish tank setup, and the water is stating to become nice and clear.
Now looking to purchase an adjustable heater - the one that came with the internal filter keeps the water temperature at a high 28-30 °Cand I have disconnected that heater - possibly a Fluval E Series Advanced Electronic 100w Heater.
Water temperature is now holding steady at 25.4 °C.
Hopefully, I will soon be able to sestock my aquarium with new fish?

Depends if you used the old sponge/media in the new filter or just started fresh. You might need to dose ammonia for a bit to keep the cycle going before adding any fish. Cycling your aquarium

take a look at eheim heaters as well, thats all I'll use these days.
