An upgrade?

Another question. To install the two filters is it better to have them at the same end or at opposite ends? I read somewhere that ideally the inlet and outlet pipes should be the same length. That would increase the lengths considerably to over 2 metres each. Having the inlet and outlet at the same end would mean a pipe length of about 1 metre and the other of 2 metres. I'm thinking of using Oase corrugated tubing as it's more flexible.

I've ran them at the same end without any issues.
